Auden has independently performed ISO 14064 greenhouse gas inventories for four consecutive years, receiving the “Best Carbon Disclosure Award” from Cathay United Bank and CDP, with a CDP rating of B. In 2024, the proportion of renewable energy use reached 8.90%, with a goal to reach 10% by 2025; the new headquarters is expected to obtain LEED and EEWH Dual Gold certifications in 2026. Long-term carbon reduction goals include 100% renewable energy by 2035, carbon neutrality by 2040, and full carbon neutrality by 2050, aligning with the Paris Agreement’s 1.5°C temperature control standard.
Talent Cultivation and Social Responsibility
Master’s and doctoral degree holders account for 40.82% of the workforce (reaching 63.24% in the R&D team); the Auden Bing-Nan Education Foundation was established in 2024. The “Green Action School” curriculum has been launched in 10 schools in Taoyuan; the “Forest Love Taoyuan” tree-planting initiative was held, planting 360 trees. Collaborating with the WildViewTaiwan Film Festival, the company conducted 135 environmental education sessions in 2024, accumulating 806 sessions since 2015 and impacting 186,695 people.

Overseas bases in Vietnam and Poland have been deployed ahead of schedule. The company plans to use 50% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic and obtain IECQ QC 080000 certification. Joining the GSOA (Global Satellite Operators Association) reinforces supply chain resilience and green development.
