Who is WSCT?
World Standardization Certification & Testing Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as “WSCT”) is a national and Shenzhen-level high-tech enterprise that provides one-stop public inspection, appraisal, certification, and testing platform solutions for numerous industries and products. It aims to help enterprises tackle various technical trade barriers globally, enhance their competitive advantages, and meet their high standards of quality requirements. Established in September 2001, WSCT has over 23 years of operational history and extensive experience. It is a pioneer and innovator in China’s third-party inspection, verification, appraisal, and certification services. WSCT holds multiple international authoritative certifications such as CNAS, A2LA, ANAB, and operates three testing facilities in Shenzhen:

In early 2025, SPEAG, a global leader in electromagnetic radiation testing technology, took another significant step in China by successfully deploying another DASY WPT electromagnetic radiation testing system at WSCT. This makes WSCT the first private third-party laboratory in China equipped with this system, marking its leading position in the field of electromagnetic radiation testing and demonstrating its powerful capabilities in cutting-edge technologies like wireless power transfer (WPT) and millimeter-wave testing.
What is DASY WPT?
The DASY WPT electromagnetic radiation testing system is the world’s only compliant testing solution. It fully meets and complies with the regulatory requirements for near-field radiation testing of wireless charging (WPT) devices within the 3KHz to 10MHz frequency band:
IEC 63184 PAS (Tier 2 and Tier 4)
ISED Canada SPR-002 (2nd edition)
FCC KDB 680106 D01
Notably, in November 2024, the Canadian ISED issued Notice 2024-DRS0005, which clearly stipulates that when using the DASY Module WPT system for incident electric field evaluation, no additional consultation is required. This further affirms the authority and reliability of the system, providing a more efficient and convenient testing path for market entry of global wireless charging devices. Additionally, the DASY WPT system not only offers T4-level testing capabilities but also retains rapid manual detection techniques (MAGPy), significantly enhancing testing efficiency and flexibility, offering customers more efficient and precise testing services.
What Can WSCT Do?
WSCT’s Diversified Testing Capabilities: From Wireless Charging WPT, Millimeter Waves, Walkie-Talkies to PRAT 96 Comprehensive Testing Capabilities.
- WSCT is the first private third-party laboratory to own the world’s only fully compliant testing system for near-field radiation of wireless charging (WPT) devices within the 3KHz to 10MHz frequency band.
2. WSCT possesses the DASY8 millimeter-wave testing system: Covering 6-110GHz, aiding in the testing of smart driving chips.
The DASY8 millimeter-wave testing system deployed by WSCT can test frequencies up to 110GHz, covering the most advanced millimeter-wave applications. This includes testing automotive smart driving chips and 5G communication devices, providing comprehensive support for the smart car and telecommunications industries.
3. WSCT has walkie-talkie testing capabilities: Operating in the 150-450MHz frequency band, meeting CE, FCC, and IC standards.
CE Standards:
EN 62311: Evaluates electromagnetic field exposure limits for electronic and electrical equipment.
EN 50566: Assesses human exposure to electromagnetic fields from wireless communication devices.
FCC Standards:
FCC Part 2.1093: Specifies requirements for assessing human exposure to RF energy from wireless communication devices.
IC Standards:
RSS-102: Canadian Industrial Department standard specifying safety limits and assessment methods for RF exposure.
4. WSCT holds FCC PART 96 CBRS testing capabilities:
Ensures efficient and safe sharing of spectrum resources within the 3550-3700 MHz band while protecting the rights of priority users.
CBRS is a dynamic spectrum sharing system designed to manage spectrum allocation through Spectrum Access Systems (SAS) and Environmental Sensing Capability (ESC). The core of FCC Part 96 CBRS testing ensures that devices can efficiently and safely share spectrum resources in this band, covering RF performance, spectrum sharing capability, and electromagnetic compatibility. Devices must pass FCC certification before they can be sold and used in the market.
