Applications Now Open for Subsidies to Support Camps Organized by High Schools and Universities for the Second Semester of the 114th Academic Year

Purpose

The Foundation encourages high schools and universities nationwide to organize camps related to information/communication technology (ICT) and environmental sustainability. Through diversified course design, these camps aim to inspire students’ interest in learning, helping them shape their future career aspirations.

This program, “Subsidies for Camps Organized by High Schools and Universities
Nationwide”, welcomes eligible schools across the country to apply.

Eligibility

  • All registered public and private high schools and universities (including student clubs) nationwide are eligible to apply.
  • Camp content should focus on ICT and environmental sustainability-related courses.
  • Each camp must have a supervising professor or teacher, and be approved by the school.
  • Minimum 20 participants per camp.
  • Camps must be completed by August 31, 2026.

Application Period

Applications are open from now until Monday, March 2, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted online. Prepare all required documents, arrange them in the order listed below, combine them into one PDF file, and send to the Foundation via email: audenedu@auden-foundation.org.tw.

Required Documents (Please follow the order below)

  2. School Approval and Supervisor Consent Form (Att. 2)
    • Signed by the school administrative office (e.g., Student Affairs Office, Department Office) and supervising professor/teacher.
  1. Personal Data Consent Form (Att. 3)
  2. Activity Proposal
  • Cover Page: Camp name, organizing unit, co-organizers, sponsors, dates & location, contact person and mobile number
  • Content: Background and objectives, program highlights, schedule, target participants & enrollment numbers, detailed curriculum (with timetable), faculty introduction & roles, camp coordinator contact info, expected outcomes, budget (including subsidy amount and self-funding), past activity results (e.g., 5–10 photos, video links)

Subsidy Guidelines

Review Criteria:

  • Compliance with eligibility requirements
  • Program features and innovation
  • Professional and integrated execution plan
  • Completeness and structure of the proposal
  • Past experience and results

The Foundation will review proposals based on submitted documents. Applicants may be invited for an in-person or online presentation if necessary.
Post-Camp Requirements:

  • Subsidized camps must submit a final report including:
  • Student feedback and learning outcomes
  • Analysis of strengths and areas for improvement
  • Recommendations
  • Short video documentation

Funding:

  • Subsidy amounts range from NT$10,000 to NT$50,000, with a maximum of NT$50,000.
  • Uncovered expenses must be funded by the applicant.
  • Subsidy may only be used for: venue rental, instructor fees, teaching materials, training, transportation, printed materials, competition prizes, decorations, student insurance, etc.
  • Only one subsidy per camp per academic year. Re-application must be made in the following year.

Important Notes

  • Complete applications will be prioritized; incomplete submissions will require additional documents. If not completed before the deadline, the application will be considered void.
  • Submitted documents will not be returned, regardless of approval.
  • All event materials (e.g., stage backdrop, banners, handbooks, posters, certificates) must display “Sponsored by Auden Education Foundation” and the Foundation logo. Failure to comply will result in ineligibility for funding.
  • Within one month after the event, the following must be submitted:
  1. Final report
  2. At least 20 event photos
  3. List of participating students
  4. Receipt of subsidy
  5. Supporting documents for budget verification
  6. Short video of the activity
  • The Foundation reserves the right to make final modifications to the guidelines.

Announcement of Awarded Subsidies

By April 10, 2026, the Foundation will notify the camp coordinator via email and publish the list of approved schools on the Foundation website.
