Sustainable supply chain
Auden believes that the foundation of good supply chain management comes from close cooperative relationships with suppliers, sharing risks and benefits with each other. In accordance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, Auden has formulated the company's corporate social responsibility policy and supplier code of conduct. Supply chains are required to work together to fulfill corporate social responsibility.
In addition to the traditional TQRDC supplier evaluation standards, Auden complies with the regulations of the Responsible Business Alliance on sustainability issues, requiring raw material suppliers to sign the "Social Responsibility Commitment", and requires suppliers and their upstream suppliers to commit to environmental protection, respect labor human rights, ban conflict minerals, and are willing to notify and provide evidence to assist in inspecting mineral sources and production and marketing supervision processes, as well as sustainable actions such as ethical management. You can also claim damages and compensation of 20 times the transaction order amount as punitive liquidated damages.

Sustainable Procurement Policy
Article 1 Purpose
In order to achieve a sustainable development policy of social inclusion, through cooperation with suppliers to develop economic, social and environmental ESG sustainability issues in the procurement process and strategy, reduce procurement risks, and strengthen relationships with key suppliers through continuous innovation to achieve supply chain sustainability management goals and achieve sustainable business development, the company refers to the spirit of ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement Guidance. The Company’s sustainable procurement policy (hereinafter referred to as this policy) has been established.
Article 2 Scope of application
This policy applies to the Company and encourages affiliates and jointly controlled companies to comply with this policy. Procurement and supplier-related operations, activities, and services shall comply with the provisions of this policy.
Article 3 Basic principles
- Incorporate sustainability into procurement practices and choose sustainable procurement solutions.
Adopt internationally recognized management systems and guidelines related to sustainability, such as ISO26000 Social Responsibility Guidelines, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System or ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Establish transparent procurement procedures and strictly prohibit any behavior that violates integrity and business ethics.
- Respect, consider, and respond to the concerns of key stakeholders related to procurement.
- Comply with regulations and require suppliers.
- Comply with the United Nations Human Rights Policy and encourage suppliers to pay attention to labor-employment relations and talent development.
- Provide appropriate competitive opportunities, respect intellectual property rights, and encourage suppliers to continue to innovate.
- Review the low-carbon actions and innovations of suppliers, and pay attention to pollution prevention and environmental protection.
Article 4 Disclosure
The Company shall disclose sustainable procurement-related activities in the sustainability report, annual report of the shareholders’ meeting, and the company’s website for stakeholders to be aware of.
Article 5 Enactment, Amendment, Enforcement, and Repeal
The formulation, amendment, or repeal of this policy shall be approved by the board of directors. This policy shall take effect from the fixed date, and the same shall apply when amended or repealed.
